Crafting Coupons can be used to craft your fragments, by placing three identical fragments into the combination menu found in the Shop or My Info section and consuming a coupon to create the item. An example of this would be crafting three Frosty fragments to create the Frosty Transformation Pack. Note that Combination Coupons can be used as well, but Crafting Coupons were introduced as a cheaper option.
