S.C.R.A.P drop in Sector, loot boxes that when sold to the shop can give you items such as Mercenaries, Wings, Transpacks and more. In addition, any scrapbox has a 1 in 2,000 chance to change into a Justice, 1 in 2,500 to change into a Joy and 1 in 3,000 to change into a Spirit.
