Strikes

Strikes are endgame maps in Sector mode that can only be selected randomly. They are old Sectors that very powerful Viruses have re-inhabited and are the only source for Crystals and Legendary Crystals, which are used to buy Augments and Legendary Items. Strikes fundamentally play out differently compared to other maps by focusing on enemies dealing lethal damage and having low health pools. Because of this, players can effectively use defensive stats (which are usually not so useful in Sector) and they must learn the movements and abilities of the Viruses to efficiently play Strikes.

Strikes offer high EXP and rewards bonus EXP to contributing players.
